Sam's written an excellent post on censorship of Wikipedia content by the Internet Watch Foundation.
His summary of his call with their Director of Communications is very illuminating, and exposes a worrying lack of comprension of the issue at stake. It's clear that she hasn't grasped the ramifications of a self-regulated, and unaccountable, charitable organisation censoring Internet content.
I hope that his closing recommendations will receive the attention of those who can effect the changes he suggests.
