Mark posted a link to this video on Delicious, and it was so good that I had to share it. 'Tilt-shift' is a Photoshop-esque technique used to make images of distant objects appear as if they have a narrow depth of field (i.e. stuff in front and behind is blurred, like when you use a wide-aperture lens to take a photo of something small).
The photos (or indeed videos!) that are produced have a magical quality, although I have to say I've never seen anything quite like what Keith Loutit has created:
